Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5 to 8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. International delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days, depending on location.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. For tracking support, contact support@beexury.com with your order number.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at support@beexury.com. Beexury™ is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
