Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact support@beexury.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a replacement or refund per the terms above.
