Shipping Information
We want your Beexury™ experience to begin the moment you place your order. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get The Glow System™ to you.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $8.95
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $18.95
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order by 12PM EST): $34.95
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Beexury™ is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. International delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days, depending on location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate. For tracking support, contact us at support@beexury.com with your order number.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@beexury.com. Beexury™ is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
