Your satisfaction with The Glow System™ matters deeply to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a request.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of our luxury skincare products and for the health and safety of all customers, Beexury™ accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent in your order
  • The product arrived in an unusable condition

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, partially used, or simply did not meet personal expectations. We encourage customers to review our full ingredient list and product descriptions prior to purchase.

RETURN WINDOW

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@beexury.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a replacement or refund per the terms above.
